We are very excited to be able to introduce you to our Tenant Relations Center. This link will allow you to view thee following information ONLINE for FREE:
- View Open Charges
- View Transaction History
- Pay Rent online
- Create Maintenance Orders
- View Maintenance Orders
Simply click on the orange “Resident Login” button in the upper right-hand of this screen and sign up. There is NO CHARGE to you for this convenience (except if you pay rent by credit card). IN ORDER TO CREATE AN ACCOUNG WE MUST HAVE A VALID PHONE NUMBER ON FILE IN OUR DATABASE AND YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER. If you do not have these please call the office and we will provide it for you.

When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of the month and is late after the 5th of the month.
How do I pay my rent?
You can pay your rent by any of the following methods:
- Online at our website under the “Tenants” tab. Click on “Tenant Relations Center” and sign up/in.
- Mail rents to PO Box 31453 Omaha, NE 68131. Pay to the order of CPM
- Leave in the drop box on the outside of our building at 115 N 49 St, Omaha, NE 68132
- Automatic withdrawal – Speak w/ someone in the office to set this up.
How do I report a maintenance issue?
There are two ways to do this?
- Sign into our “Tenant Relations Center” and click on the “Service Issue” tab then Click “Add New Issue” and follow the instructions.
- Call 402-559-0363 à dial 1 à dial 1 again. Leave a message and we will upload the information to our software and schedule it. Work will be done within a few days in most cases.
What is the Security Deposit policy?
We much prefer to give you all of your security deposit back, but you must comply with the terms of your lease which are:
- Fulfill the entire term of the lease
- Give at least a 30 day notice to vacate.
- Allow agents to show your unit during the 30 day notice period.
- Return the property in the same condition as when you received it less normal wear and tear.
What if I need out of my lease early?
You will forfeit your security deposit and your account will be turned over to a collection agency. If you need out early work with us and we will try to procure a tenant for you, thereby relieving you of your obligation.
